Cheese
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound blue cheese
- loaf of sliced cocktail rye bread
Cut the cheeses into 1/2 inch cubes and arrange
on a plate around the cocktail rye bread. Insert a colored toothpick
into each cube of cheese.
