Cheese Mushroom Canapes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions including tops
- 7 ounce can of ripe olives, finely chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- loaf of cocktail rye bread
Mix all of the ingredients together and spread on rye bread slices.
Place bread slices on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 °
oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and
bubbly.
