Crisp Fresh Vegetables with Dip
1 pounds cleaned peeled baby carrots
1 pounds cauliflower florets
1 pound broccoli florets
1 pound celery sticks about 2 inches in length
1 pound cherry tomatoes
1 16 ounce container sour cream
Wash and arrange the vegetables on a round tray with the sour cream
in the center. Optionally, you can add a package of onion soup mix
to the sour cream. This should then be chilled for several hours
before serving.
