Blueberry Muffins

• 1 and 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 and 1/2 cups blueberries

Sift the flour into a large bowl, and mix in the next four dry ingredients. In a small bowl beat together egg, oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients and mix only until just blended. Use cupcake papers in muffin tin and fill paper each two thirds full. Bale 20 to 22 minutes in a preheated 350 ° F oven.
