Easy Strawberry Delight Cake

Prepare an angel food cake from a cake mix according to the package instructions,
but use very cold water to increase the height of cake. Cool and set aside.
- 6 cups rinsed, hulled, and sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- Whipped Cream
Whipped Cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Stir together the strawberries and sugar. Set aside.
Using a chilled bowl and beaters (have them in the freezer for 30 minutes), combine the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
Spoon strawberry mixture onto thick slices of the angel food cake, and top with whipped cream.
