Fettuccine Parmesan
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1 stick of butter (1/4) pound, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- freshly ground black pepper
Cook the fettuccine al dente per the package instructions. Drain and place in a large bowl. Pour in melted butter and
grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle in parsley and black pepper; toss again and serve with crusty bread or rolls.
