Fresco Marinated Chicken


In large nonaluminium baking dish, blend savory herb with garlic soup mix, water, oil and lemon juice; add chicken and turn to coat.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight.

On broiler pan or grill lined with heavy-duty aluminum foil, lightly sprayed with no stick cooking spray, arrange chicken; pour half of the marinade over chicken. Grill or broil, turning once and pouring remaining marinade over chicken, until done.
