Broccoli Salad
6 to 8 servings
- 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 8 slices bacon cooked crisp, drained on paper towel and crumbled
- 1/3 cup of golden raisins
- 1/3 cup of sunflower seeds, optional
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of sugar
Mix all ingredients except the broccoli. The taste is improved if
the dressing is made the day before and refrigerated. Pour the
dressing over the broccoli just before serving and mix
thoroughly.
