Golden Glazed Flank Steak
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion or Onion-Mushroom Soup
Mix
- 1 jar (12 ounces) apricot or peach preserves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 flank steak (about 2 pounds), cut into thin strips
- 2 medium green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
- Hot cooked rice
In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set
aside. On broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup
mixture. Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over hot
rice.
Makes about 8 servings
