Marinated Flank Steak


In large nonaluminum baking dish, thoroughly blend all ingredients except steak; add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinate steak in refrigerator, turning occasionally, at least 4 hours. Remove steak, reserving marinade.

Grill or broil steak until done, turning once. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, bring remaining marinade to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. If necessary, skim fat from marinade. Serve hot marinade with steak.
