Grilled Chicken Breasts

serves 4 to 6

Cut off any visible fat from the chicken breasts and place them in a single layer in a 9 inch by 13 inch glass dish.

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano. Pour the mixture over the chicken, turning the breasts to coat both sides. Allow to marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.

Grill on medium hot grill 5 to 6 minutes per side. Serve with crusty bread, lettuce leafs, and mayonnaise.
